Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service you paid for has not been provided or initiated within the agreed-upon time frame.

  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service before it has commenced or if we are unable to fulfill the service as agreed due to internal issues on our part.

  • Quality of Service: If the quality of the service delivered does not meet the terms of the service agreement or falls significantly below industry standards.

  • Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Proendeavors LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreement.

  • Fees associated with custom requests, expedited shipping, or specialized equipment rentals.

  • Any other services where our team has already committed resources, time, and expenses to the completion of the project.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email or call our customer service team with your request and include details of the service in question, including the order or invoice number.

  2. Review and Evaluation: Our team will review your refund request and may ask for additional information if necessary. We aim to evaluate all requests within 5-7 business days.

  3. Resolution: Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the decision and, if approved, will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Refund Time Frame

If your refund request is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment method or financial institution.

Service Modifications and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the service provided but do not wish to request a refund, we offer the option to adjust or modify the service to meet your expectations. We will work with you to make reasonable corrections where possible.

Cancellations

  • Before Service Commencement: If you need to cancel a service before it begins, you are eligible for a full refund unless non-refundable costs (such as equipment rentals or third-party services) have already been incurred.

  • After Service Has Commenced: If a service is canceled after it has started but before it is completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Failure to provide accurate delivery or service details that affect the quality or ability to perform the service.

  • Service dissatisfaction arising from third-party issues not directly related to Proendeavors LLC’s performance.

  • Delays or disruptions caused by events outside of Proendeavors LLC’s control (e.g., weather, road closures, accidents).
